Emitted when an invited end user accepts a site handover (SOFTC-7262) — the invitation transitions PENDING → ACCEPTED. Published from identity-service apps/auth/src/domains/handover/accept.ts, in the same Postgres transaction as the identity.site_access.granted / identity.site_access.revoked events below. Deliberately minimal: SOFTC-7101 owns the full audit-event contract for this surface, not this event.
