Password Reset Completed Payload

Payload emitted when an account holder completes the forgot-password flow through POST /reset-password (RFC-029). The PASSWORD_RESET email action token was consumed, the native credential was rotated, and every session for the account was revoked. Published from identity-service apps/auth/src/application/reset-password.ts. Never emitted for legacy installers, whose password is managed by the monolith.
