Identity Service Event Types

Event types emitted by the identity service. v1.5.0 adds the PLAT-295 local-panel token audit trail that identity-service publishes on the identity.outbox.external pipeline (SOFTC-6634), under its RFC-027 names local_token.issued and local_token.revoked and, for the dual-emit window, the names emitted today, identity.local_token.issued and identity.local_token.revoked. Both names of a pair bind the same payload. Every v1.4.0 value is kept. Deprecated, to be removed by SOFTC-7300: identity.account.created/updated/deleted (use account.created/updated/deleted), factory-pubkey.rotated and identity.factory-pubkey.rotated (use factory_pubkey.rotated), identity.enrollment.retired (use enrollment.retired), identity.site_handover.invited/accepted (use site_handover.invited/accepted), identity.site_access.granted/revoked (use site_access.granted/revoked), identity.local_token.issued/revoked (use local_token.issued/revoked). identity.factory-pubkey.rotated and identity.enrollment.retired are the names identity-service actually emits today (RFC-027 identity table).
