Identity Service Event Types

Event types emitted by the identity service. v1.4.0 adds the password events identity-service already emits: password.reset_requested and password.reset_completed (RFC-029 forgot password, SOFTC-7114/SOFTC-7255), and password.changed, whose payload schema shipped under SOFTC-7217 without an event-type entry. Every v1.3.0 value is kept. Deprecated, to be removed by SOFTC-7300: identity.account.created/updated/deleted (use account.created/updated/deleted), factory-pubkey.rotated and identity.factory-pubkey.rotated (use factory_pubkey.rotated), identity.enrollment.retired (use enrollment.retired), identity.site_handover.invited/accepted (use site_handover.invited/accepted), identity.site_access.granted/revoked (use site_access.granted/revoked). identity.factory-pubkey.rotated and identity.enrollment.retired are the names identity-service actually emits today (RFC-027 identity table).
