Identity Service Event Types

Event types emitted by the identity service. v1.2.0 adds the site handover flow's events on top of v1.1.0's enrollment credential-lifecycle events (PLAT-449): the invite delivery trigger (SOFTC-7250), the accept trigger (SOFTC-7262), and the generic direct-site-access grant/revoke pair the accept transaction also writes (one MASTER_END_USER grant for the new owner, one revoke per installer-level grant cleared from the site). It also restores the identity.account.* values present in v1.0.0 but missing from v1.1.0 — v1.1.0 is not a superset of v1.0.0, so this version enumerates every value from both plus the new ones.
