Device Service Event Types
Event types emitted by the device service. v1.1.0 adds the RFC-027 canonical <subject>.<verb> names alongside the existing names so producers can dual-emit during the migration (SOFTC-7299). Every v1.0.0 value is kept. Deprecated, to be removed by SOFTC-7300: device.site.created/updated/deleted (use site.created/updated/deleted), device.hardware.linked/unlinked (use hardware.linked/unlinked), device.smartpanel.registered/updated (use smartpanel.registered/updated). Also deprecated: device.installation.site_hardware_linked, which RFC-027 section 3 merges into hardware.linked (one fact, one name); hardware.linked now carries the same payload (hardware/linked/v1.1.0), and the old name is removed in the same removal step as the others.
